Finally, I found a third Gordon Figure that’s worthy of my respect and admiration. I think I’ve got a lot to learn from whoever made this.
I think I lolled at this on and off for a good five minutes.

Well.
I’ve been kind of busy so I haven’t had a lot of time to do much.
Believe it or not (it’s hard to tell from the image), but I’ve been filing him down a lot. Despite the image, in “person” the armour now looks quite a lot more clean, with sharp crisp edges and the like.
And [...]

The Fixit-Sculpt is mentally hard when dry. Like, seriously. I had a little ball of left over stuff which I then let harden over night. I’m using it to make a headcrab, but that’s another story. I tested out quite a coarse file on this little ball. It didn’t shave off more than a hairs [...]

Hey dudes,
My student today could only come for 30 minutes instead of 1 hour, so I squeezed in a little sculpting.

Ok guys,
Today, when I couldn’t make my lesson due to bad planning, I decided to sculpt instead!

Yo,
Another update on the figurine.
I’ve sliced off the majority of his obscene muscles. Don’t worry, there shouldn’t be any weird jagged edges when I’ve finished him. Only a smooooooth hazard suit. In the mean time, he’s sort of ruined.
The BandAid was put around my finger to attempt to prevent injury if I slipped with the [...]

Yup.
So here is my wrestling figure, Randy Orton, (soon to be Gordon Freeman), along side some Aves‘ Fixit-Sculpt. Apparently it’s the action figure customising sculpting stuff.
I’m actually quite excited. I spent a bit of time yesterday washing Randy. You are meant to, by the way. It takes off the stuff that makes the components slip [...]

I’m a man who likes projects. As I’m finishing something off, I have to be starting something new, so I’m always on the go. I have a whole bunch of things always juggling at the same time. Not all of them are projects in the traditional sense, (traditional as in “a model” or “an orchestration”), [...]
