Trip at beginning of Day 3

Hey guys,
I thought I’d keep you up to date. So you need to know what happened in the second half of our arrival day, and then what happened yesterday.
After I wrote the last blog, Suz, and myself journeyed into “westminster”, with the idea to proceed on foot along southbank and meet lisa under the London eye. [...]

Trip so far

Hey there guys,
Well. Flight was pretty cruisy actually. There was a fat man ahead of us in the customs queue at tullamarine, probably over a meter wide, who waddled as he walked- and you could tell everyone around in the queue was praying to whatever deity, asking not to be next him. Suzy was the only [...]

A flyer

I recieved this in the mail.
Is this responsible? Is this taking religion too far?

The Jabberwocky

Great Poem. And I hate poetry. (Most of).
‘Twas brillig, and the slithy toves

Um, I’ve been reading the book “The Artist’s Way”, [...]

Curved Soprano

Hi guys,
I’ve just started practicing flute and re-started practicing my soprano sax. It’s all going quite well. Soprano is hard to make sound good- I’d forgotten that. And, flute makes me dizzy after a while- but I shall not be deterred. Practice makes perfect
.

That’s my curved soprano. It’s so tiny! It’s like an alto that’s [...]

Gordon Ramsay and Ricky Gervais

What an odd combo. I love how respectful and “little boy” Gordon is. Ricky just lets rip at him a few times (joking) and the big scary Gordon is nothing. Worth watching.

Great books

I reckon the Star Wars “Incredible Cross Sections” Series, coupled with the “Inside the Worlds of” Star Wars Series are awesome.
For those of you that don’t know, these books are essentially picture books. They feature extremely detailed “cross section” drawings of the space ships in SW series (Incredible Cross Sections), and of the places and [...]
